Order Availability & Payments

Our online catalog is intentionally kept open so customers can shop the sizes shown without live supplier stock counts limiting the storefront.

How availability works

After an order is placed, we review the selected item and size for final availability before fulfillment. If the item is available, the order moves forward. If an item has become unavailable, we will contact you promptly with available options before fulfillment.

Payment authorization & capture

Where the selected payment method supports authorization and later capture, payment may be authorized at checkout and captured after availability is confirmed. Some payment methods use their own processing rules, so the exact timing and payment terms shown during checkout apply to your order.

Payment options

Available payment methods, installment options, eligibility requirements, and payment terms are determined by the options presented during checkout. Not every payment method follows the same authorization or capture process.

If an item is unavailable and payment has not been captured, Tailored Necessities will not capture payment for that unavailable item. We may contact you about alternatives, but you are not required to accept a substitute.
